Skin Tags

A skin tag is a type of soft fibroma which is usually found in areas where the skin forms creases. Skin tags can be observed in about 46% of adults and are assumed to arise from excessive skin friction, although genetics may also be associated with skin tags development.

AGE SPOTS

Are harmless patches of darkened skin caused by hyperactive melanocytes and accumulation of melanin within skin cells. Age spot is mostly attributed to excessive exposure to UV radiation and cumulative damage to melanocytes which are exposed to prolonged stress

MOLLUSCUM

Molluscum is a contagious viral skin infection caused by the Molluscum contagiosum virus. Molluscum contagiosum is spread by direct contact with someone who has it or by touching an object contaminated with the virus, such as a towel or a piece of clothing.​

FIBROMA

Is a benign tumor-like growth made mostly of fibrous connective tissue. fibroma is uncontrolled cell growth that occurs for an unknown reason or as a result of injury or local irritation.

SEBORRHEIC KEARTOSIS

Seborrheic keartosis is a common skin growth that becomes more prevalent with age. The lesion appears gradually and may increase size over time.

CHERRY ANGIOMAS

Cherry angioma is a benign growth that consists of a cluster of small blood vessels.

SEBACEOUS HYPERPLASIA

Sebaceous hyperplasia is a harmless skin condition that typically develops when sebaceous glands produce too much oil, which can then be trapped in clogged pores and cause bumps. The overproduction of sebum (oil) can be attributed to hyperplasia of sebaceous glands or hyperactivity of enlarged glands.
